Gateway Health

Wholecare

Wholecare is a 360 rebranding campaign that goes beyond doctors and medicine to help people achieve not just physical health, but whole life health. This campaign and the overview video focused on the methodology behind the project and the results from it.

I was in charge of building a design system that could leverage existing guidelines but repurposed for a print, digital and video format, digital adverts for mobile and the overview video. Throughout its entire creation process, I led and worked with a Copywriter along with collaborations from the VFX team.

I worked to create a soft, inviting style for the modular design style. These soft shapes can act as accents, partitions, transitions and title cards which gives alot of room for flexibility. As well, they add the much needed splash of color

Challenges:

The team wanted to keep the mood soft and inviting. The print and social mockups shown below illustrates the soft shapes and inviting imagery. I wanted to keep everything focused on the methodology of “Wholecare” and reminding the users that healthcare access through Gateway Health is easy.

Print mockups that took influence from the design systems.

Taking the design methodology to digital.

Mobile ads on Instagram. I created variants of mobile ads to accompany the launch. Three variations with full page video, half page video and animation and a static imagery advertisement. Using video was a delight because I saw the energy the videos added to the mobile ads as energetic without losing the soft inviting tone we want to set. Nothing oversteps itself.

Overview

Video

After the initial launch of the campaign, I was brought back in along with a copywriter working under me to put together an overview video that highlighted what the campaign has been able to accomplish so far.

I worked with the copywriter to succinctly encapsulate the project results thus far and pepper in some stats along with the thinking behind the whole project. I also worked with the VFX team to help bring parts of the video to life such as the choice of using sound effects like paper rustling for the transitions and the music.
